At Britney & Co., we believe your home should tell your story beautifully, thoughtfully, and effortlessly. As our studio continues to grow, we’re excited to officially introduce the incredible team that brings every project to life.

Our design team features Britney, Founder and Principal Designer, alongside Shayna and Sarah- two talented designers who bring creativity, intention, and fresh perspective to every space. Keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes is Danielle. And of course, no introduction would be complete without our beloved office pup, Gus Gus, who’s always nearby to boost morale.

Britney Fedricks

Founder & Principal Interior Designer

Interior design has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. As a child, I was constantly rearranging my bedroom and asking my parents to repaint the walls - always chasing the feeling of a refreshed space. That early love for design led me to pursue a degree in Interior Design from Michigan State University, where I spent four incredible years honing my craft and building the foundation for my career.

After graduation, I dove into the world of residential design as a freelancer, while also gaining valuable experience in the event industry and commercial interiors. Over the past decade, I’ve cultivated a design aesthetic that blends modern trends with timeless elements - creating spaces that feel fresh, functional, and inviting.

Today, I’m proud to be the owner and principal designer of Britney & Co., where I am managing projects, guiding creative direction, and working closely with clients to bring their vision to life. Whether we’re designing a custom home from the ground up or styling a space with curated furnishings and decor, my mission is always the same: to enrich everyday life through thoughtful, beautiful design.

I feel truly blessed to do what I love every day and to help others fall in love with their spaces in the process.

    Senior Interior Designer

    Shayna is our Senior Interior Designer, bringing over 13 years of experience across both hospitality and residential design. A graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts, Shayna pairs a strong design foundation with a thoughtful, client-centered approach. Known for her unwavering commitment to both our clients and the integrity of each project, she approaches every space with creativity, intention, and care.

    Interior Stylist, Lead Organization Specialist

    Sarah brings a thoughtful eye to every project, creating spaces that are both visually stunning and highly functional, with a special love for layering textures and decor to add depth and personality. Sarah’s passion for well styled and organized spaces paired with her sweet personality contributes to her keen ability to build trusting relationships with our clients.

  • Danielle Benvenuti

    Invoicing Coordinator

    Danielle’s passion for the industry made joining the team a natural fit from an operations perspective. With a background in marketing analytics, she brings a love for numbers and organization, helping support the day-to-day operations that keep the studio running smoothly. Danielle’s thoughtful, behind-the-scenes support allows our designers to focus on what they do best.
